1. INITIAL BRIEF
To kick things off, we run a fully comprehensive briefing session with the founder/s. WACO RECRUIT will identify the key requirements pertaining to the role you are recruiting for, focussing on skillset, team fit, culture attributes and Leadership ability.
2. SOURCING
Once we’ve Identified the key people in the WACO NETWORK that would be best suited to the task at hand, we will open up our referral platform and have our specialised Talent Acquisition team get the talent pipeline together. Speed and time to hire is key here.
3. VETTING
Once we’ve shortlisted the top referrals, WACO RECRUIT will then ensure that each potential candidate is vetted against the initial brief, making sure that only the most relevant people are being considered. A full view of our vetting criteria can be found.
4. HIRE
Throughout the interview process, WACO RECRUIT will be on hand to assist with any negotiations, or co-ordination that needs to happen, in order to get your preferred candidate through the door. Our typical time to hire is 45 Days from initial brief to start date.

FAQ
Once you brief us on a role, our expert team of Talent Acquisition specialists send the roles out to a curated network of WACO NETWORK Creative & Tech industry leaders. This incentivised referral programme means that our network will reach out to only the best, passive candidates, that you won’t find on any of the job boards. We’ll do all the pre-screening, and send you a candidate list, detailed notes & supporting information and we’ll also make all the introductions and coordinate the interview process.
WACO RECRUIT operates on a contingency fee basis of 20% of the annual salary. This is zero day invoiced 8 weeks after a successful recruit starts their role. Before you do the “we pay recruiters 15% or 18% dance” (we’ve been there too), we’d like to highlight that this is not your cold calling, duplicitous, Linkedin approach genre of recruitment. It’s an incentivised referral network and the fee is necessary to incentivise the network and keep the system ticking.
